National Worship and Services Coordinator
National Production and Assets Coordinator
These are full-time positions that work hand-in-hand to help deliver spirit-led worship experiences and technically excellent services across all Arise campuses. While each role has a distinct focus, they share the same heartbeat: to equip, resource, and empower our volunteer teams so that people across Aotearoa can encounter Jesus through every church gathering.
ABOUT THE ROLES
NATIONAL WORSHIP AND SERVICES COORDINATOR – WELLINGTON BASED PREFERABLE
Bring your worship leadership, pastoral heart, and planning skills to support local campuses with weekly and special services. From coordinating song lists and service runsheets, to training worship teams and planning celebrations like Christmas and Easter – this role is about creating space for authentic encounters with God.
NATIONAL PRODUCTION AND ASSETS COORDINATOR – WELLINGTON BASED
This role is perfect for someone who loves logistics, systems, and supporting others to shine behind the scenes. You’ll work with local campus production teams to manage gear, coordinate AV content, support technical needs for services, and help volunteers grow in their skills.

Are you passionate about empowering others, building community, and helping people grow in their faith? ARISE Church is looking for a Life Groups Team Leader to help develop and disciple leaders while fostering a thriving Life Group culture within our Whangarei Campus.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Life Groups Team Leader, your focus will be to discover, develop, and deploy volunteers into leadership roles within Life Groups. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about discipleship and pastoral care. You'll also play a key role in integrating newcomers into Life Groups. The role involves forward-thinking strategy, team building, and helping to create spaces for people to belong and flourish.
ABOUT YOU
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have:
Experience leading and discipling volunteers
A confident, relational approach to leadership
Great communication skills and emotional intelligence
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A heart for people and a desire to see them grow

Are you passionate about team building and empowering the local church? We are seeking a Location Leader for our Masterton Location to inspire and empower others to grow as disciples of Jesus, while making a positive impact in the community.
This role will involve fostering growth in our volunteer leaders and developing the core functions of this location as it develops into a campus.

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have:
The ability to relate to people of every age, stage of life and background.
Proven ability to build and lead volunteer teams (preferably in a ministry context).
The ability to pastorally care for congregation members.
