Thank you for sending through your nominees and patience while we carefully selected members for the Review Advisory Council (RAC).
The Council’s key objective will be to make final recommendations to the Arise Board and provide accountability for the changes being implemented.
To ensure this process runs smoothly, the Board have appointed Grant Adams as the Chair of the RAC. Grant is a consultant lawyer with over 30 years' experience and has expertise in the areas of strategic planning and governance. Grant and his wife are based in Christchurch and have three adult sons and two grandchildren. We are so grateful to have Grant volunteer his time to support this kaupapa.

The board are committed to the changes that are required and would love to thank the representatives that are offering their time to ensure the right changes are made.
We also want to thank every person who participated in nominating their peers as well as those who were willing to be considered for the RAC – it made for a difficult selection process.
The RAC will convene over the coming weeks, with their first meeting scheduled on the 20th of September 2022. It is our plan to regularly update you on the journey so please look out for our email and website updates where we will post key times and dates for hui.
