As per the key recommendations from the Review Advisory Committee (RAC), we are pleased to announce that the ARISE Church Board is now officially looking to appoint a Lead Pastor for ARISE Church.

To maintain the highest level of integrity and transparency in our selection process, we are committed to adhering to recruitment 'best practices.' This includes conducting a comprehensive recruitment procedure to ensure the best fit for the role and our church community.

In support of this commitment, we are extending an invitation to all potential candidates, including internal (current employees and congregational members) and external applicants, simultaneously. A fair process will ensure that the chosen candidate is the best fit for the role and our church.

We recognise that there will be many potential candidates in our congregation, who are not currently on our staff team. We genuinely encourage you to seek God and apply for this role, if you feel called to do so.

The vacancy is now live on Seek and our website. The vacancy will also be shared within the National Church Leaders of Aotearoa New Zealand Network.
